Network Is Net Worth Explained
Have you ever heard this saying? Â “Your Network Is Your Net Worth.” Â I can’t stress enough how true that is… Â One of the most important factors to being successful in the home based business industry is to have a big network (or following) of like minded people.
You want to connect with these people either on Facebook, YouTube, or have them on your email list. Here are a few reasons why you want to build your network and a following.
- If you decide to promote affiliate products, having a following/ big network of people can allow you to make lots of sales by simply sending out an email, posting a Facebook status, or posting a video on youtube.
- If you join a new company, the same is true with Facebook, YouTube, and your email list. You can essentially have a downline overnight.
- New opportunities arise from relationships. You never know who will connect you with an opportunity so the more people you can build relationships with the better.
Having a big network is a gold mine!
Tips To Building Your Network Â
Connect with 5-7 new people on Facebook on a daily basis. Join groups and connect with people there. Those people can be highly targeted leads and valuable members of your network.
Promote your capture page on social media, advertisements, etc. to begin building your email subscriber base. Over time, by sending your email list 1-2 emails per day with blog posts, pictures, videos, etc… they’ll become your “warm” market because they’ll begin to feel like they know you.
Create a blog and post a few times a week to begin generating traffic there. Your blog is an excellent place to brand yourself. Post pictures of yourself, share stories, post videos, and really allow people to learn who you are. The more personal of a connection you can make with a reader, the more likely they’ll become a valuable member of your network.
Venture Offline. Attend meet up groups, talk to people when you’re out, hand out and receive business cards, and give people a lasting impression of yourself. If you stick out and instantly connect with someone, not only can they become a business partner or customer, but many of these people can become great friends.
The point here is to work on building your network every single day because it is one of the most valuable assets you can have. Â To Your Success, Â Josh Jacobs Facebook
